Treatment Payment Policy

  • ​​​We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any canceled booking and no-show booking without prior notice.

  • ​For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or change of appointment at least three days or 72 hours before your booking.

 

  • The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by lost revenue due to turning away other potential bookings.

 

  • Any bookings arriving 15 minutes late for the session will be subject to" NO SHOW" and would be charged for the scheduled procedure.

 

  • The rate comes with 6.625% NJ sales tax and a 2.9% card processing fee. If you decide to pay in cash, kindly let us know ahead of time.

 

  • Failure to finish your touch-up session within three months will forfeit your rights to have one, and you will need to pay an additional $300 fee. As we're also an Academy, our space given to you within the grace period of 90 days is reason enough to make time for your schedule regardless of the situation at home and work.

For this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Brow Fix Studio & Spa LLC or DBA Brow Fix Studio + Academy are primarily located at 47 South Park St, Montclair, NJ 07042, USA.

 

The Brow Fix Studio website offers Permanent Makeup Procedures, PMU training, internships, workshops, memberships, and other related courses and events. Using the BROW FIX STUDIO website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Brow Fix Studio may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. The data is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Brow Fix Studio website.

Class Training & Studio Policies

To reserve your spot for this training requires 50% Downpayment and secure the balance two weeks prior to the training date. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before agreeing, ensure that the you (student) fully understands and agrees to the policy written, and do not proceed if you have a discrepancy with the terms and conditions stated. By proceeding you hereby agree to be bound to all the terms and conditions.

  • I have read and agree to the terms and conditions

  • I acknowledge that there is a chance my scheduled class date may be postponed or rescheduled due to the New Jersey State mandated COVID 19 business closures.

  • I acknowledge that should I choose to cancel my class altogether because of postponement, this will result in a forfeit of my deposit, and any future classes will require a new deposit to reserve my spot.

  • I acknowledge my balance will be due in full 2 weeks prior to the start of my Pre- Training. An email will be sent to the email provided as a reminder prior to delivery of the Pre Course.

  • I acknowledge failure to pay balance due within 2 weeks of pre-course will lead to my forfeit of deposit.

  • I understand that a 3% transaction fee will be charged along with my balance when paying with a debit or credit card. However to avoid paying a transaction fee I may use a bank’s certified check payable to BROW FIX STUDIO & SPA LLC or cash by dropping it off personally at the Academy no later than 2 full weeks before pre-training.

  • We accept PAYPAL Credit & AFTERPAY PAYMENT plans. We want to help you get your dream career starting once you become a student in our prestigious PMU academy..
